Refund policy

FINAL SALE POLICY

Due to the exclusive nature of the artworks and merchandise and the limited availability of numbered editions, all purchases are considered final. Please allow up to four (4) weeks for your order to be shipped.

We may, at our discretion, offer a replacement or refund for non-faulty items. If a refund is provided due to a damaged artwork, numbered edition, or product, it will be processed once the shipping carrier concludes their investigation and confirms the case has been resolved. Refund requests will not be honoured if made more than 30 days after the delivery date. Please note that any refunds related to customs duties and fees must be handled directly with the customs authorities in your country.

UK AND EU CUSTOMERS

In accordance with the Consumer Contracts Regulations, customers residing in the UK and EU have the right to cancel their purchase within 14 days of receiving the item for a full refund. The item must be returned in its original, unused, and undamaged condition. Customers are responsible for covering the return shipping costs, unless the item is faulty or was sent in error. Any charges incurred for returning goods, including customs duties and VAT, are the responsibility of the customer. We cannot refund these taxes as they are collected by the importing country.

If the item is faulty or not as described, customers have the right to request a refund, repair, or replacement within 30 days of delivery. Shipping fees for returning a faulty item will be reimbursed, and the original delivery charge will also be refunded if applicable. We reserve the right to delay issuing a refund until the returned item is received or proof of return is provided.
