SHIPPING TIMELINES

Please allow 2-4 weeks for purchased editions, artworks and limited-edition products to be despatched. If you have any inquiries regarding your shipment, feel free to reach out to us at info@aiden.art.

IF YOUR PACKAGE IS LOST OR STOLEN

If you believe your package has been lost or stolen, your first step should be to contact the shipping provider directly. If the provider is unable to locate your package, please email us at info@aiden.art with your order number in the subject line, and we will do our best to assist you in resolving the issue.

IF YOUR ARTWORK ARRIVES DAMAGED

We recommend that you carefully inspect your artwork as soon as it arrives. While the packaging is designed to protect your artwork, some wear and tear on the outer box is possible during transit. The interior box cannot be replaced, but if the artwork itself is damaged, the shipping insurance included in your purchase will cover it. In this case, please contact us at info@aiden.art within 30 days of the ship date, including your order number and photos of the damage. We will assist you in filing an insurance claim.

IF YOUR PACKAGE IS OPENED BY CUSTOMS

Occasionally, customs officials may open packages for inspection. If you notice any damage as a result of this, please contact us, and we will work with you to address the situation.

IF YOUR PACKAGE IS DELAYED BY CUSTOMS

Customs processing times can vary, and we do not have control over or insight into these procedures. The shipping provider will have the most up-to-date information regarding the status of your package while it is with customs.

HANDLING OF CUSTOMS VAT

Value Added Tax (VAT) is not included in the price of the artwork and will be charged separately by the customs authority of the destination country. If you need to request a refund for VAT, you will need to contact the customs office in the country where the package was delivered.
